I used this SAE Y-splitter to hook up both my motorcycle amp and a phone charger at the same time, and it works exactly like I needed it to. The cable works great. It allows me to hook up my water pump while my solar panel stays connected. Before I had to swap everytime I used it. It feels of good quality. The sae connection is wired+to red. Sometimes they wire it backwards. Overall I would purchase again.

This is a nice well made splitter that will work great for leaving my solar power charger hooked up while simultaneously leaving the battery connected. I got this for my generator for stand by power. I want to leave the battery connected so when the power goes out I can start the generator but I don't want the battery to be dead when I need it. So I bought this this splitter to go with a solar powered battery tender that will keep the battery topped off at all times , so when I need the generator to start, it will. 5 stars all the way!
