Great air conditioner!
This has been a great air conditioner. I use it as a in the wall unit to keep my downstairs cool. It is quiet and a lot cheaper than a mini split air conditioner.

Horrible Unit! Do not buy!
For $865.00 this is the WORST air conditioner I’ve ever had! Barely blows on high. Does NOT cool the space. It replaced an 18,000 BTU unit that was COLD, BLEW HARD, and cooled the ENTIRE SPACE extremely well. Sadly it weighs 95 pounds, I paid for installation, which took a few hours, and box had to be ripped up to get it removed from shipping box…SO, ZERO way to return it. This is a piece of junk that o am now paying for MONTHLY! BUYER BEWARE! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. This is worth 300-400 dollars at best. I am feeling scammed. It is not quiet either. And I am sweating with it on the coldest setting. And utility bill is through the roof.

Great unit
This thing is cold, so quiet I thought we installed it wrong. The size is perfect for our wall. Powerful enough to keep the living room icy cold. I like the design how it uses water to keep cool (hopefully or I installed it wrong). Works as intended in the SoFlo heat!

Delivered by the paper boy
I received the air conditioner in one piece, barely! The driver plopped it down in front of me, I think he was surprised to see me meet him. Maybe he should stick to a lighter item that doesn't pay as well to deliver. The unit is the best ac for the money. I installed it myself easily. Huge and should last many years. Cools instantly.

Gets the job done-without the manual it’s complex.
Love this, works beautifully, not as quiet as I’d hoped but it gets the job done. Don’t ever get rid of the manual, my contractor did and they won’t send you one, they’ll direct you to it online. Not the same.
