Can I use this cream without serum and if serum is required mandatory which serum can be used

I'm using without any serum. Haven't used another this was my first collagen cream used.. it's done wonders to my skin pores reduced. Skin became smooth. Lines, wrinkles,my double chin reduced. My face skin looks tightened up.. slowly jaw line is showing up. Been using twice a day past 2 months it's a slow process but I'm seeing difference.

How would i know its original product? As one of the customer mentioned she received duplicate. Moreover its non returnable.
