Pilates Kit for Women 13PCS, Pilates Ring Ball Resistance Bands Workout Set

Excelente muy útil

I am so impressed with this Pilates kit! It came with everything I needed to start my at-home practice—resistance bands, a Pilates ring, a ball, and even a guide with beginner-friendly exercises. The quality is top-notch, especially for the price. Everything feels durable and comfortable to use. The Pilates ring has just the right amount of resistance, and the ball is great for core work and balance training. I love that it's compact and easy to store—perfect for small spaces or travel. I’ve been using it a few times a week, and I already feel stronger and more flexible. Whether you're new to Pilates or just want a solid kit to enhance your routine, this is a great investment. Highly recommend!

I really love this Pilates kit, especially as someone who enjoys doing workouts at home. It comes with everything you need to get started, which makes it super convenient if you’re a beginner or just want an easy setup without buying everything separately. The set includes a 9-inch yoga ball, Pilates ring, resistance bands, and a figure 8 band, and I’ve actually used all of the pieces in my workouts. It’s been great for targeting different muscle groups, especially core, legs, and arms. I like that I can switch things up depending on the workout or how intense I want it to be. You can refer to the product image for a full breakdown of everything included—it’s a really well-rounded kit. I also really appreciated that it comes with clear instructions on how to use the bands and equipment, which makes it especially beginner-friendly. It takes away the guesswork and helps you get started right away. The equipment itself feels lightweight but still effective, and it’s easy to store or take with you if needed. I’ve been using it during quick home workouts and even while following along with online Pilates classes. One thing to note is that you do have to inflate the ball yourself, but it’s honestly very easy and only takes a few minutes. Another small downside is that some of the pieces are a bit on the lighter resistance side, so if you’re more advanced, you might want something heavier. Overall, this is a really solid and affordable starter kit. It makes it easy to stay consistent with Pilates at home without needing a full gym setup. Definitely recommend for beginners or anyone looking for a simple, effective home workout option.

Quality materials, includes helpful diagram on ways to use equipment. I like the bag to store items together.

Well, it seems to have several pieces of various equipment. Problem for me as a beginner is there are no instructions / guides on how to use them. I saw a video where the review stated there was instructions in the box. Not in the box I received. Sent a message to the seller, they took care of the issue quickly. As far as the equipment, each piece seems well made, I chose the pink and it is very nice. I have used most of the pieces and I have broken anything yet haha. Not sure about the inflatable ball if it will stand up to me for long (6'2" 205lbs) ;)

I love it

Me gustó mucho este kit de pilates. Viene con todo lo necesario para hacer ejercicio en casa y es muy fácil de usar, incluso si eres principiante.

Love the aesthetic and wanted to love it but the quality is a bit on the cheaper side as far as materials go
