First I want to thank Ms AMREEN garu from "cafe desire" customer support for making the installation and set up process easy.. through a video call she guided me with few hassle-free easy steps to install the machine. I really like and appreciate Ms AMREEN way of explaining about the machine which can be easily understand by anyone. About the "Cafe Desire" machine , I was surprised how easily we can operate this machine. Controls of the machine is easy and not clumsy. The machine looks solid and with attractive graphic design on it. I got two premix packs from "Cafe Desire" , of cardamom tea premix and coffee premix. My family tried both coffee and tea, the flavour and Aroma and consistency of the blend is perfect. I haven't seen any negative things in this machine. If anyone looking to get a coffee & tea vending machine, I would suggest them to buy "Cafe Desire" vending machine. 👍😀

amreen ( consultant of cafe desire ) helped me out to install the coffee machine. She was friendly. She talked very pleasently at the time of installation and helped me out to do the required configuration which can not be done by self. Note :- If post installation consultancy service will not be the same then the review will be changed ASAP. So keep in mind to provide best services. About the machine I will tell that it is ok but the taste is not that good which I was expecting. For now machine is working fine , if there will be any fault I will update it. Thank you.

Updating the review after one week of use. Machine is running very smoothly at the moment. Installation process was also smooth and well guided by Miss. Amreen of Cafe Desire team. Also she guided all the do's and don'ts that needs to be followed while operating the machine. I will surely recommend this machine to all my known persons who is thinking of buying a tea and coffee vending machine.

It Is a wonderful Product .Definately a value for money Product .Ease for use was made by Miss AMREEN . On Video call she made us to assemble the parts.Hats off to the patience Of woman.In fact we were not sure that in absence of a company representetive we will be able to assemble the wending machine.It was ARMEEN who patiently demonstrated how to assamble and use the machine .Because of her we could enjoy a cup of wonderful coffiee and cup of delicious of tea .company is really lucky to have availed her services.We both wish her all well and convey our happiness to cpmpany for a wonderful product. I bought it for my employees to have tea but both the tea and coffee are equally loved by all of us. Cafe desire Premix tastes better not bland not sugary not too bitter just the right taste to have it. I drink more than one cup of coffee at a time. Because it's good in taste. Thanks to Amreen mam she was appointed as a guide for the installation and was really helpful in giving all the necessary instructions for the machine to start. I highly recommend you to buy one for yourself if you are looking for a good vending machine. I could also say that the build quality of machine also feels strong and premium. Hoping to try the other flavours from cafe desire in future.

Where do I even begin? This "coffee machine" cost me a whopping 15,000 rupees, and let me tell you, it's about as functional as a paperweight. The build quality is shocking - damaged on arrival, mind you - and wouldn't be worth even 5,000! To add insult to injury, nobody bothered to show up for the demo, leaving me clueless on how to operate this glorified hunk of junk. Thinking Amazon Prime would save the day? Think again! Apparently, a Prime subscription doesn't guarantee basic customer service. The damaged delivery was met with a shrug and a "not our problem." The return process was a Kafkaesque nightmare. It took multiple attempts, each dragging on past the validity period. Just when I thought things were resolved, they'd CANCEL the return for no reason! This happened FOUR. FIVE. TIMES. Finally, after weeks of frustration and countless calls, they issued a refund... only to cancel it again! Seriously, Amazon? Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this overpriced, under-performing machine. And if you value your sanity, consider skipping Prime altogether. This experience has left me feeling more burnt than an over-roasted espresso bean. Save your money and find a coffee machine that actually works.

I don’t trust until I use it..so it’s been 1year and almost 1 month now am using this product ..it’s good ..various coffee options to chose from desired own brand..and the after sales support is superb..it’s worth buying ..and happy with this product and recommend totally to go for it..
