Can we apply it on Hair to prevent hair fall?

Unlike Vitamin E we cannot apply on hair to prevent hair fall.
Omega 3 hydrates the follicles to improve the hair texture so please consume it with Fatty meal & lots of water intake.
Kindly be aware of various reasons of hair fall/ Slow growth  which could be due to Stress, Lack of Vitamins & Diet, Hormone imbalance , Water Hardness, Pollution, Excess hair wash, Use of Sulphates, Silicones, Use of Heat treatments & Chemical products, UNHEALTHY scalp with Dandruff & Buildups, Hereditary etc. Kindly look into these aspects also.
