Omega-3 fatty acids are renowned for their numerous health advantages, including heart health, brain function, and joint support. One of the standout features of this product is its purity and quality. It's derived from deep-sea cold-water fish, ensuring that you're getting a clean and potent source of Omega-3s. Since I started taking these capsules, I've noticed an improvement in my overall well-being. My joints feel more flexible, my skin looks healthier, and I have a general sense of vitality. Additionally, Omega-3s are well-known for their positive impact on cognitive function, and I feel sharper and more focused since I've added this supplement to my daily routine. Another significant advantage is the absence of any fishy aftertaste or burps. Absolutely essential

Good

I’ve been taking the WOW Omega-3 Fish Oil 1300 mg for a few weeks now, and I’m really impressed with the results. As someone on a keto diet, I needed a supplement that would support my nutritional needs, and this one has been perfect. The 1300 mg dose, with 550 mg of EPA and 350 mg of DHA, provides a high-quality source of Omega-3s that has noticeably improved my overall wellness. What I love most is that it’s burpless and mercury-free, which is a huge plus. No fishy aftertaste or unpleasant burps, which I’ve struggled with in the past with other fish oils. I’ve noticed a boost in my energy levels, improved skin health, and a sense of general well-being.

Nice

I picked up this WOW Life Science Omega-3 bottle mainly because I wanted a higher-strength fish oil without taking a handful of capsules every day, and the 1300 mg triple strength with 550 mg EPA and 350 mg DHA looked like good value for the price. The capsules are on the larger side—that's the one thing I'd flag straight away. I'm used to swallowing pills, but if you struggle with big softgels, these might take a bit of getting used to. I've seen other users mention the same thing, with one reviewer noting the pills are "a little big" . Taking them with a decent mouthful of water sorts it out. The "burpless" claim mostly holds up for me. I've taken fish oil before that left me tasting it for hours afterwards, and these have been fine as long as I take them with food. That said, I did spot a review from someone who said they experienced fishy burps with a recent batch after not having the issue before, so it's not a universal guarantee . The enteric coating is meant to help with that, and so far it's worked in my case . I've been taking one daily for a few weeks now. It's the kind of supplement where the benefits are gradual rather than dramatic—I can't point to a single moment where I felt a change, but my joints feel reasonably comfortable and I like knowing I'm getting a solid dose of omega-3s for heart and brain support. Other long-term users have mentioned using it for joint flexibility and general cardiac health, though I'd take those personal claims with the usual grain of salt . The bottle is a decent size and the cap feels secure. I haven't had any issues with the capsules sticking together or smelling off when I open the lid, which is more than I can say for some cheaper fish oils I've tried. If you're looking for a high-EPA/DHA fish oil at a reasonable price and you don't mind a larger capsule, this one does the job without any fuss. It's not the most premium option out there, but it's been reliable for me so far.
