I have no idea. You'll have to write to the company in China that makes this product. What is considered a serving to you. The product in the bag is individually wrapped. I have been eating these since I was a kid living in Hawaii. I'm almost seventy now and have never had a health issue with these or any other product froms this company.

what are all the ingredients in this product?

I know where u r going here...unfortunately, there is Aspartame in it. The ingredients r as follows. ..plum, orange peel,sugar,salt,licorice, clove,glucose syrup,ASPARTAME, malic acid, and potassium sorbate. The orange peel, licorice and ASPARTAME taste is rather prevalent. Hope this helps. If u find plum anything without ASPARTAME Please Advise

i ate it as a child but now an adult inmy early 70s will this harm me or lots of suger?

I also am in my 70s and it hasn't harmed me. It depends on your health. Are you a diabetic, then I would say, yes. This has a bit of sugar in this candy/fruit.
