I had never used an embroidery machine before. I took the leap to start something new in my retirement years. I am so glad I did. From the very first stitch I was hooked. I was a little intimidated by it at first, but after I got started I found it was VERY user friendly! The set up was easy and initial training was immediate so you can get started creating. The trainers and technical support have been so nice and fast to respond. It came with all of the materials and accessories that you need to get started. It is a very sturdy machine, it is a little heavy, but it comes with the cart that has wheels for easy move. The online support group on Facebook is a life saver. So many experienced users that are willing to help and share their knowledge. Buy it, you won't regret it!

I've been very impressed with my SmartStitch Embroidery Machine 1001! It's user-friendly, even for someone still learning embroidery, and the stitch quality is consistently clean and professional. Plus, you get your own group of Technical Support for help anytime you need it. And can we talk about the YouTube Videos. There is a video for everything you can think of like setting up your machine to embroidering your first hat. I love my new SmartStitch. I upgraded from a single needle machine. I was able to unbox and put together with ease. I received the one on one training and was up and running within 5 days. I’ve used all the hoop sizes and have conquered hats as well. If I’m unsure of something there are plenty of videos out there to walk me through it. I only wish I had gotten it sooner, inside my single needle for a year before upgrading.

I’m having a blast with my SmartStitch S1001. From the very beginning the support and training offered really helped me get started . And my team is still available to assist and answer any questions that come up. The online videos were excellent and I’ve been able to create several gifts and projects for friends and family members.

Highly Recommend! I highly recommend the Smart Stitch S1001 embroidery machine! The entire experience, from delivery to setup, was excellent. The machine arrived on time and was well packaged. One of the biggest advantages was the training provided by a U.S.-based representative. The training made a huge difference and gave me the confidence to get up and running quickly. Once you complete the training, the machine is very easy to set up and use, even if you’re new to commercial embroidery. My only recommendation for new buyers would be to order additional thread colors when you purchase the machine. Having a wider variety of colors on hand makes it much easier to jump into different projects without waiting on supplies. Overall, I’m extremely happy with my purchase and would absolutely recommend the Smart Stitch S1001 to anyone looking for a reliable, user-friendly embroidery machine.

If you are on the fence don’t be this machine is amazing and comes with mostly everything you will need, so easy to setup and support is amazing (don’t be scared off by it being from China) I had never even sewn on a button but I have made so many things. I even bought my mighty hoops from them. I got the 10 needle and it’s perfect for beginners. I live my machine and can’t wait to get the 15 needle.
