can we use it for outdoor shower?

Don't see why not, as long as you have a good base for it to sit on

I ordered this and it came cracked, I returned and reordered and it just arrived with a large crack. Do I dare order this again?

Hi, Amazon is in charge of shipping and handling. Shower base is a large and fragile item. The most effective way to transport it safely is for the carrier to handle with care, not through packaging. To achieve the same protection level of an electronic device, such as a TV, will make the item price prohibitive. The item may be thrown around at various points during the transportation process, which is inappropriate. Unfortunately, not all logistic professionals takes handle with care seriously. Is this pan designed to accommodate setting tile over it?

Hi, Unfortunately, no. It is to be used by itself without tiling. Thank you. WOODBRIDGE SUPPORT 56222-90088 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM PST, Monday - Friday, excluding national holidays
