It's kind of hard to get the hang of at first but after I watched a couple YouTube videos I slowly started to get the hang of it. It has a lot of really cool features and the AI tracking really does work. It was worth every penny I spent!!

Not plug-and-play. Did not come charged. Significant learning curve. Instructions are confusing. Useful once you get the hang of it.

The picture quality is amazing!! Very easy to use, cli have not had any problems with functionality, the size is just right to store, the build quality and stability is to a T! It’s very good to use for Tik Tok videos, vlogging, taking pictures, for content creators, it’s very fun to use!!!

The design is great, feels like good quality. It’s not easy to use at first even with the tutorial videos. After playing around with it for several weeks, I figured it out. The App for this gimbal does crash a lot, drains my battery and kinda sucks.Sometimes it’s easier to use with manual controls on the regular camera app.

Extremely hard to use. I have watched many YouTube videos and it is still hard to use. It follows me with face tracking, but I don’t like how it has way too much footage above me and I can’t figure out how to change that. The settings don’t function like it should and I would not buy again!

I purchased this gimbal in September and used it several times with only one issue - it never folded back properly - it always stayed open. Not a big deal so I kept it. However, I’ve been using it more the last two weeks and it no longer turns on properly, and the controls on the handle aren’t working properly either. You’re suppose to be able to double tap one button to go from portrait to landscape and that stopped working. Cycling through the different settings stops working randomly. Disappointed because I really needed this for an upcoming shoot and now I need to find something else that will work and last. Maybe I got a faulty one but I didn’t see any way to reach out to support and don’t know if there is a warranty.
