I love this grater. it is so easy to use and very sharp. This is very easy to clean too.

Works well, and love that it is compact and fits in a drawer.

You know I really like this. You can grasp it when you are grating over food with garlic or cheese. I was surprised. Easier than the micro plane to use. Really pretty green.

Sturdy, size proportionate, better than I expected!

We use this almost every week. Does an excellent job at shredding cheese or garlic. No more buying bagged shredded cheese that coated with stuff. Now, I can shred as much or little as needed. Washes easy - I hand wash - because that's me - but guess it can go in the dishwasher. Gave one to our son - he uses it a lot and doesn't buy the bagged shredded cheese. Stores easy in a drawer. It is sturdy and I shred over a bowl or plate.

Easy to use grater - rubberized ends let you set on top of bowl allowing you to press down firmly with no slip, while grated cheese falls into the bowl. Two sizes - a normal width, and a nicer wide width - both with a thin thickness that gives you a nice fluffy pile of grated cheese. Does a great job with harder cheeses like Parmesan or Romano. Not as good with softer cheese like Muenster. And will not provide the large amounts of thick grated cheese you might want to use to top lasagna. So not a grater for all purposes, but just wonderful for cheese to top salads, soups or tacos - or to mix in salads or tortellini.

This grater is fantastic, and I love that it has fine and coarse grating options, making this a versatile kitchen tool. One thing to note is the size. At just over 12 inches long, it's huge! However, the handles on both ends make it easy to set on top of a pot, pan or bowl and grate your ingredients right into it. My favorite part is that it's dishwasher safe for easy cleanup. Highly recommended!

We have been using this grater for about 3 years and it is still sharp as new. A wonderful gadget that we first saw on the Rachael Ray cooking show. So easy to use and great value.

I’ve watched Rachael use this many many times, so I just had to try it. It’s a pleasure to use. It’s very sharp, and makes the job whether grating cheese, ginger or slicing garlic. It’s a bit pricey, but it’s quality.
