The shoulder strap is perfect for my bag. The quality of the material is good, and with the padded shoulder strap, it gives comfort to the shoulder. Shoulder strap is easy to adjust, and the swivel hinges helps to keep the strap straight when the bag is being carried.

Excellent replacement!
This was JUST what I needed to replace the strap on my favorite laptop/briefcase. The older strap had a high-density plastic part that snapped after 2 years. This strap has METAL. Thank you!
