The product received was faulty as the earbuds were not getting switched on despite charging it fully. THIS IS ABSOLUTELY POOR AND DEPLORABLE QUALITY CONTROL IN THE COMPANY. The amazon site had allowed 10 days service center replacement by the company and were unable to get a quick replacement. BOAT customer care access was very difficult resulting in poor interaction and complaint raising. Their replacement process is cumbersome and have intimated replacement after 14 days...thus inconveniencing the customer who now cant buy it elsewhere whereas he needed the product immediately. VERY VERY POOR SERVICE BY BOAT.They should have instead refunded the money or sent a gift card number(for the same product) so that the customer could have bought the product from their local store thus ensuring the customer buys only the same product. This way the company would have ensured ONLY their product is bought and customer would also be happy for quick availability of product which he wanted..As regards Amazon platform..THEY SHOULD DESIST HOSTING SUCH COMPANIES WHICH HAVE POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE RESOLUTION ABILITIES.

The media could not be loaded. I've been using the boAt Airdopes for two months, and I'm deeply disappointed with the microphone performance. The product description boasts four mics with AI-ENx technology, claiming superior call quality. However, during calls, no one can hear me clearly—they keep saying "hello, hello, hello" as if I'm on mute. I often have to disconnect the Airdopes and use my phone directly to continue the conversation. I've never faced this issue with any other earphones, and I’m puzzled about what the AI-ENx technology is actually doing to enhance call quality.On the positive side, the Airdopes have responsive touch controls—sometimes too sensitive, as a slight touch can activate them. Connectivity is reliable, and the sound quality for listening is decent, with clear vocals. They’re comfortable, lightweight, and stay secure during gym workouts without falling out. However, the volume cannot be lowered directly through the earbuds, which is inconvenient.Overall, these Airdopes are great for listening to music or podcasts, especially during workouts, but they fall short for calls. Given the microphone issues, I’m unsure if they’re truly value for money. They’re ideal for gym use or casual listening but not for seamless communication.
