Good quality, good flavor, right amount of spice. I chop it up to put in green salads with Artichoke hearts, shredded provolone, and bacon bits with Caesar dressing.

Had to put a one star in order to write review. Yuck yuck yuck! All I tasted was salt. My jar was filled with tons of carrots, cauliflower. Tried contacting seller first but site won't let me send my message. I know I won't get a refund as it is food. The advertising video looked great with all those ingredients going into the jar. But nope first bite and all I tasted was salt. Don't order!!!! Gross

a lot of the reviews say they get it damaged as in seal broke contents drained. i ordered mine via amazon warehouse not just prime. it came in a box that fit it perfectly with some paperpackingat the lid to keep tight. came undamaged. while it isnt spicy to me, i do eat alot ofvery hot stuff, it could be if your not a pepper head i guess. it does have a good flavor, the contents are crunchy, loads of cauliflower. seems ingredients go per amount in jar cauliflower, pepperoncinis, carrots, bell pepper, celery. the last two very little in our jar. would buy again

Too salty. Good crunch and flavor, but just really salty.

This product was open, dried out, no liquid in the jar. There were two openings to get the product, one used to protect vegetables and one to seal the jar before puttingcap on for closure. Then the jar was taped all around with packing tape.

Super salty!

Package arrived intact, product in good shape. Vegetables seem good quality and are crispy. However, major problem for me: the vegetables are absurdly salty. Even rinsing them prior to use was insufficient to make them edible. They are very large cut and crispy, I think the quality of the production is good. If they were in tiny pieces that would wind up in a martini glass or something? I'm not sure how I can use any of it. Perhaps one or two pieces on a large salad along with chunks of blue cheese?I will cut them up fine and try to sneak them into things. As little tiny bursts of SUPER SALTY, they are kinda good. So this might be a five star rating if that's what someone wanted in Giardiniera. I prefer more vinegar with flavor and less salt. Perhaps it's designed to survive an apocalypse, break open, and left on the concrete floor for ten years. I'll stick a piece on a plate in my basement and see if the mice will eat it or if it rots. I doubt either will happen.

This is GOOD. Also so much for your money. Loads of huge pieces of cauliflower, tons of whole peppers, carrot chunks, celery pieces, ect. The carrot pieces are a bit crunchy, but I like that. What I do with this is maybe a bit odd tho. I love my Ramen noodle bowls. I add the water, seasoning, then toss in as much of these veggies as I can, and also sometimes an egg. Meal, done. Love this product. A+. Warning for those of you who can't take heat, this mix is HOT. My method of cooking with Ramen tames the heat quite a bit, but straight from the jar this is HOT. Will be ordering again and again.
