SAMSUNGGalaxy Z Flip6, 12GB RAM, 256GB Storage, Silver Shadow, 50MP Camera, 1 year Seller Warranty (International Version)

Not sure what the others are doing to their phones? I work out in the field, in the desert. My phone gets dusty, it has fallen multiple times (a few directly in the sand). I use this flip 6 as my full-time phone. 6 months later I have had ZERO issues. The crease is 100% in working order, no noticeable decline. Zero issues with my main screen. Zero issues with my cover screen.

Placed an order (Samsung Z flip 6) on Oct 2024 in UAE and received on time. Exactly after 3 months i observed screen glitch issues and the next week after the mobile was fully shutdown. I reported this to the seller company but received no positive feedback and no warranty. They replied that i must return this to Amazon. When consulted with Samsung Customer Service Centre, I was informed that the mobile was sold from Afghanistan. out of warranty in UAE.

Its a nice phone in general smart ai assistant and cheap But i dace issue like the main screen stopped working i had to to use the warranty to get fixed next the same issue that happend in most flip phone the middle where the phone flip start to come up and the line become a bit visible and you can feel it while scroling also the bottom back of the phone where the color strat become out from one angle even i didnt drop the phone so Hard ,the screen is so narrow when you write you will spell miss alot but i like the phone

It was a repacked piece. I came to know when I showed it to a friend who deals with mobiles and he said the packing was not original and the phone was repacked. He also said that I would have been repaired as well.

When consulted with Samsung Customer Service Centre, I was informed that the mobile was already opened on 1st August 2024 and was from South Africa. This is self explanatory that the mobile was used and refurbished before selling.

Compare to the Ultra this is not a compitation. Plus its only 3 usefull app that works in the coverscreen you still have to use the flip thing screen to do all your phone thing..O just hope samsung would make all app be able to open and works on cover screen. I buy this phone for that smaller screen and one hand operation..i swap my 23U for this been done with huge phone.

I am surprised such sellers are on Amazon selling defective items.I just read the comments and they are true. I am in process of returning the phone. Guys this is true, stay away from this seller!

The phone died give black screen (main screen) after 2 months, the seller claims that he is not providing any kind of warranty and I have to go samaung and it will charge me 1000 AED, bad situation.
