Mine didn’t come with a scoop and i don’t exactly have a scale to weigh out 5grams? In terms of volume, how much is a scoop?

One serving is just under 2 teaspoons.

Why does this have a sour taste?

It's just a plain powder form with no flavor.. but you can mix with with a beverage. I do lemonade or oink lemonade and taste much better
