This small yoga ball has been a fantastic addition to my recovery and fitness routine. It’s perfect for pelvic floor exercises and also really helpful for gentle shoulder movements during post-surgery rehab. The ball is durable, holds air well, and was super easy to inflate. It’s a great size — compact but effective — and works well for a variety of low-impact exercises. Highly recommend for both physical therapy and core training!

Great addition to low-impact daily exercises.
I purchased this small yoga ball to enhance my exercise routine. It's a very helpful exercising tool when used in low-impact routine. To enhance my exercising routine, I purchased elastic bands that I use daily whenever I find the time. Overall I'm pleased with the purchase. However I find out to be challenging inflating the yoga ball. You need two people and the right device.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:This is cute! It's a soft ball with a nice grippy texture so you don't slip away from it while working out. I didn't fill it all the way for pilates, and so far it's been great! Easy to fill and use.

Ball does not come inflated. If you're thinking of ordering this Pilates ball, make sure you have a way of inflating it. I wasn't expecting it to come folded in quarters.
