Got this for my Nanna to do PT exercises at home. You can use it for alot of it things, it’s very versatile. It’s been over a year so it’s definitely durable & you definitely get your moneys worth. The material is very thick and sturdy/ stable, not too slippery so you can get a good grip when needed. She felt very comfortable using it. It comes with a pump which takes forever lol so i used a machine lol the air stays in so it has a great seal, i’ve only had to refill once in a year and i would attribute that to the heat when the power went out in her building. I would recommend you go ahead and add to cart. i’d definitely buy this brand again

This little exercise ball works great for workouts, stretching, and core exercises. It’s the perfect size, feels durable, and holds air well during use. The anti-slip surface helps keep it in place, and it’s sturdy without feeling too hard. I’ve used it for Pilates and light physical therapy exercises, and it adds a nice challenge to workouts. Easy to inflate and great quality for the price!

Perfect! Exactly what I needed for PT on my rotator cuff. Very sturdy, comes with replacement plugs if you happen to lose one, although I have no idea how that could happen, unless I guess if you deflate it when you aren’t using it. Very easy to blow up.

Easy enough to blow up but it loses air when trying to put the plug in. It works for the core exercises I am doing. Would recommend it for ease of use.

The quality of the material is excellent. The material is quite durable. I bought this to use for pelvic floor exercises. The ease of use is great. I use it while seated backwards in a chair and while on the floor. I also use it while up against the wall. It is definitely cute but as stated, I did not buy it for appearance. It is definitely versatile.

Recovering from jnee surgery. Ball works great for all my asigned excersises. Easy to inflate and seems very durable.

Excellent for what I needed it for but wish the inflation was easier and held air better when first inflating it. Good Size and sturdy.
