These things are a total game-changer. Way simpler than the old-school metal spring clamps that always pinched my fingers. Just snap them on and they lock tight—no slipping. Been using them consistently for about a year now and they still feel brand new.

Narrow but works

They look cool. Dig the color. But they're a pain to clamp on. I had to use my palms to close them. And I've scrapped my nails against the weights a few times trying to use my fingers to close them. The weights still spin with them on. They don't move, but spin. Not as tight as the cheap 2 inch collars I used to have, before I lost them. ;_; Gonna return them and buy those instead.

I like these. The gym that we attend is fairly spread out snd they do not have good control about what item goes where. The weight plates are all mixed up, sometimes I have to look around to get the right sizes. Its the same with the keepers. I'll get set up for a workout and they might have keepers there, might not Sometimes they have them but they're broken or bent, it just makes more sense to have my own. These quite a good deal and now I don't have to about chase around the place trying to find keepers. I also purchased a neck pad for doing back squats. Something else I don't have to chase around and it's not gross like the ones out on the floor.
