The best.
These are great, lightweight little battery packs. Use them on backpacking trips and to power my heated vest for work and skiing.

just overall disappointed
I got one when they first came out and was pretty excited, had seen every backpack channel and YouTuber raving about the gen2 and hyped about the gen3. So I finally decided to step out of the $20 battery banks and snag one. Extremely disappointed though. I MAY get 2 full charges on my iPhone 16pro max from 20%-full. Tried a few just tests from multiple devices and overall I thought I honestly got a bad one because of how bad it was. So I ended up swapping it for a new one through Amazon and got the same results. For reference I have 2 Anker 10,000mah banks and get almost 4 full charges from 20%. I’m not an electrical engineer so I’m not sure if the Anker are higher mah than stated or the nitecore lower mah than stated. A friend recently got the gen3 20,000mah and get about 2.2 charges on that one with the same make and model phone. I ended up being able to keep the first battery and it got so warm at one point the carbon piece popped off on one side. Just very disappointed after all the good things I had seen and finally pulling the trigger on the new one. I have a 10,000mah “VEEKtomx” I paid under $20 for that works way better also and it’s just an old school usb- usb-c cord I use. Is the weight good, I guess. But overall for the price there’s no way I’d ever suggest this or buy another bank from nitecore unless something improves or changes. I guess there’s a chance we got 3 batteries that were faulty but I see that unlikely. Love their UL headlamps though, but as far as battery banks go I’ll stick to Anker for now until something changes. And maybe it’s also my own fault for just going off of seeing others use them so much and not doing a little more research first. Looking at multiple reviews and comments on YouTube now that they’ve had the gen3 out for a bit now, it seems I’m far from the only one that has that opinion. Again just my personal experiences and opinions here I’m not affiliated with any of the companies I stated but when it comes to cost and usability I can’t see suggesting it. It’s good for an overnight trip if you only need to charge a phone once and your headlamp, but is it worth $60-$75 when you can get a better one for under $30 that performs better at a few grams heavier?? You be the judge and I guess that it depends on if you’re counting grams backpacking.

Doesn't Feel Cheap
This thing feels really solid and does exactly what it says it will. Weight feels good and provided cables work great. Capacity seems good, I can get a few phone charges off of one charge up. Excited to take it camping

Holds a charge for 12 days
I fully charged this 10 days ago. Topped off my phone 20% a few days later, and then charged my phone 50% 6 days later. Day 10 without charging this device, I charged my phone 80% and by day 12 it finally ran out of juice. Holds a charge for a LONG time. I was surprised. Found a good one!

Light weight, fast charging, solid build quality
Charges fast, super light weight. Held up well over a month of travel and backpacking. Probably the best plugin charger I’ve used.
