We ordered this to bring medication that needed to be kept cold when we went on vacation this summer. It is perfect for traveling! It is small so it fits easily in your carryon bag, which it always appreciated, since you are supposed to keep your medications with you. I love that it comes with 2 ice packs, so when we were on vacation, one ice pack could be in the freezer freezing while the other was in the cooler bag. (We had a shared fridge and didn't want to store the medication in the fridge). The cooler stayed cold and kept the temperature well with us changing the cooler pack each morning and evening. It felt safe to know that our medication was protected from the heat as well as from being dropped or bumped because the case is durable and hard. I would strongly recommend this for a small amount of medication that you need to travel with and keep secure and cool.

Brought through TSA with no issues with vial medicine and syringes that did not break and stayed cold. If you need a comparison, it kinda reminds me of a hard case for eye glasses, just bigger with a zipper. Exactly what I was looking for.

Great use for my insulin pens

Got this case to bring my medication vial with me that needs to stay cold. Have had it in my bag or purse for long days and it stays cold enough to get me thru shopping trips or visits to friends. Leaving in a hot car it lasts less of course. Came with 2 freezy ice packs that stay flat and fit inside as long as you let them freeze laying flat. I’m not diabetic so not sure how those supplies will fit but for me I just wanted the med vial to stay cool. The case itself is larger than I’d hoped to just want to stick in my purse but I did know the measurements, just seemed big when first opening the pkg., but it’s working great for what I needed. And the purple is very pretty!

Two nice freezer paks, a sleeve for inulin [or whatever] syringes, and enough room for the vial of medication. All in a hardshell protective case. Seems to be good quality, a sensible size for the meds and equipment, very good price, fast delivery. At this point, I am veryhappy with this medication carrying kit.
