I don't know what pickleball is. There is a little bit of netting over the knee and a circle of padding around the knee.

I think that this particular brace is made to protect the knee, not the hamstring. I wear it several times a week for softball. I also wear it for touch football in the winter. It is very comfortable, compared to the hard braces I previously wore. So while this is an excellent supportive brace, high quality, and comfortable, I have to think that Bauerfeind makes a brace that is more specifically made for your hamstring. This one only goes up slightly above your knee. You want one that covers the hamstring.

Should i feel presure from the side supports ? I dont feel any at all which is fine as long as i get the support when needed.

Hello, you wouldn't feel pressure per se, but you should feel more support and stability with the sidebars. You should feel some pressure from the sleeve itself, from the medical grade compression. Thank you!

How do you recommend washing?

I have washed my knee support many times in the washing machine on the delicate cycle with both cold and warm water. I launder the knee brace by itself in a laundry bag making sure to firmly attach the velcro straps. I let the brace air dry. I have the grey and blue version that does show dirt and needs to be washed more often.

Fühlt sich sehr gut an. Drückt nicht an der Kniescheibe wie andere Kniebandagen. Gibt Sicherheit durch die seitliche Verstärkung, ist dadurch aber etwas dicker als andere. Stört mich jedoch nicht. Die Polsterung um die Kniescheibe ist sehr angenehm, sodass ich ohne Schmerzen am Boden knien kann. Lässt sich sehr gut einstellen.

Nach einer Stunde Inlinehockey reibt das Scharnier am Knie. Kein guter hat, sollte man Knieprobleme haben. Oder vielleicht extra eine Nummer Kleiner für besseren halt
