Touchscreen function
Bought 2 mugs end of January '25. Used it for 2 months and already have to look for a replacement. I drive trucks 5 days a week so hot coffee on the road is a must for me.Mug 1 started leaking from the bottom. Pulled the rubber off, retighten still leaking. In the scrap nowMug 2 worked the best till the mini touchscreen started messing about. U pour water in, switch on and wait for water to boil. System decides to mess about switches off/on changes temperature itself. Another one for the scrapThey are great mugs, need to keep it simple. Get rid of touchscreen, put buttons in make it easy for the driver, make it last.

Great in my husbands lorry
My husband uses this in his lorry to heat hot water and soup, initially it takes a while to warm but after about 10 mins it’s boiling hot so works very effectively. The design is sleek enough that it can travel well, store well and fits in a cup holder to drink from

Good value travel kettle
Does what it needs to do, quite slowly, but it gets there.

The blue LED is really bright but the heating is too slow as compared to what I had before. It also feels plasticy
