$300+salon fails vs. wash at home,You must see pictures!
Keracolor Clenditioner Mocha Latte fixed YEARS of damage in one wash. I am not exaggerating (see pictures and videos) I have the worst hair type: porous, frizzy, heat damaged, and it reacts to humidity like a science experiment. I tried to darken it. Result: dark roots, pink fried ends, and a $300+ bill for nothing. The proof: I was desperate before an event. My hair was a frizzy, uneven, brassy mess. One wash with Keracolor Clenditioner Mocha Latte and I walked out with smooth, even, expensive-looking hair. The color is a perfect Mocha Latte — rich, dimensional, no brass, no green, no pink. And the frizz? I’m in FLORIDA. It’s 90% humidity and 100° today and my hair is still glassy smooth. It deposits color WHILE it deep conditions. It doesn't strip. It doesn't damage. It literally REVERSES the damage while you wash. My hair went from straw to silk. This happened to me once before in Vegas after pools destroyed my hair. Clenditioner was the only thing that worked then, and it saved me again now. If your hair is damaged, frizzy, and you need to tone it down safely, this is the answer. Check my photos for the "after one use" proof. The pictures say it all.

Works as described
I use this as a conditioner on wet hair once a week—wear gloves, comb through, clip up, time for 3 minutes, rinse well. My hair tone is richer and the few grays are softer and blend a bit better. I wish they had a lighter brown, but this is good.

Get a real toner.
I have brown hair with dark blonde/caramel highlights and I was buying this for months to tone the brassiness between salon visits. It takes a couple of applications to get the color you want. And once you do, it doesn't last long. It fades after 1-2 washes and you have to apply it again. But you can't go too dark because if you do your blonde will turn green from the undertone pigments in the product. Which they do warn you about on the label, but dang I was just trying to avoid having to use this every other week! I was going through a full bottle every month. At $22 for 12oz it's not worth the cost. I started using wella colorcharm toner and I wish I would've done it sooner. One application and my hair is perfectly toned for weeks with a beautiful natural fadeout. This is probably best suited for those wanting to experiment with the vivid blue/red/pink colors without the commitment. But if you're looking to tone your hair using natural colors like the browns, don't waste your time and money. Go to Sally's and get a professional hair toner like Wella or Ion.

Great for toning down brightness of my blonde
Accomplished what I wanted- just took a couple applications. My goal was to keep my dimension, not covering all highlights, and tone down how bright the blonde was. First application I did on wet hair for the full 20 mins. Didn’t get me to the point I wanted to be but did soften the brightness of the blonde. 2nd application I did on dry hair for 20 mins. Achieved what I was going for! Now to see how long it lasts. Before picture and after 2 applications in photo.

Good for the Price
I've used several different colors of Keracolor and have bleached level 8 hair from a natural level 2-3 East Asian hair and have found that Keracolor isn't super drying to my hair and it does deposit color. Sometimes it does take a few wash-ins for the color to build, but I like that I can add to the intensity. Some do wash out faster than others, such as the Merlot. I could see the color rinsing out each time and even though it tinted the water and hence my towel, it didn't stain. It easily laundered out. I didn't experience that with any other color and I've tried Rose Gold, Silver Blue, and Mocha Latte. Its staying power depends on your hair's porosity and how often you wash your hair, but I find that it lasts me a good 2 or 3 weeks, but that's with some touch up in between. The color can also be a bit spotty depending on application. For refreshing your current color, I would say it's fine to wash in as you would do for co-washing. But if you're trying to change your hair color, then applying it in sections to dry hair is best, and make sure each section is saturated. I know, it sounds like standard hair coloring, but with this I can be a bit messier/lazier and not worry because the colors so far haven't stained any white sinks, countertops, clothes, or skin. It all has washed out fine. Oh, and just to mention, none of the colors I have tried cover any grays, nor did I expect them to. Lastly, I do notice some hair fall out with use, as I do with coloring in general. So I tend to give my hair some breaks from the coloring process. The hair that does come out is more like if I hadn't brushed my hair in one or two days, so it doesn't seem excessive to me. I do like this product, and will use again in the future.

Doesn’t cover grays
Well I’d give it 5 stars if it was just a hair mask - I love my hair texture after using this product but beware that it doesn’t cover grays at all. I tried, I gave it a month to start working, I’ve been holding it on my hair for 15 minutes yet the result is 0. It does give a lovely tint to my non gray hair though.

Doesn’t cover grey.
Used for the first time this morning. The pump doesn’t work at all, you can see there is an issue with the spring and unfortunately I they the other top away. Based on reviews I left the product in for only 5 minutes, rinsed well and here are the results. It doesn’t cover any grey; it does make the already colored hair refreshed looking. When I towel dried my hair, then combed it with a very wide comb, very wide I had a lot of hair fall. It’s been about 10 minutes and parts of my scalp feel burny, itchy and numbing. It doesn’t lather up so if you’re expecting a shampoo type of product this isn’t it. There isn’t an overwhelming odor so that’s good. To be fair I am older and have thinning hair but the feeling on my scalp is something not expected. The ingredients seem to be better than traditional color. I’ll try it a few more times before I edit this. My hair is very soft shiny and silky feeling when it dried.

Buy this!
This stuff is amazing! I recently got highlights and the toner quickly faded so I was looking for an alternative that wouldn’t cost me another salon trip. I put this on for about 6 minutes after shampooing and washing and it toned down my blonde perfectly. Got rid of the brassiness while adding the subtle warm brown look that I wanted. Can’t recommend this enough

DOES NOT ADD COLOUR
I have used this 5-6 times, in the shower for 3 minutes and to the extent of left on dry hair for over 10 minutes. There is close to NO colour change. I have used Wella and Evo depositing shampoos and they work a dream. Do not waste your money.
