Where is homelander!? or at least black noir?

There are 2 Homelander pops being released next year. One will be I believe a Target exclusive and from what I’ve been hearing is Black Noir will be part of a second release. Not sure when that will be but it’s believed to be around the release of season 3 of the Boys.
