KTC 24 Inch QHD 100Hz Computer Monitor, IPS Monitor 2K 1440P, H24T27

At first, I really loved this monitor—the picture quality and performance were great. But after only about two months of use, it started glitching badly, and unfortunately, the issue has only gotten worse over time. It’s really disappointing to have this happen so quickly, especially since I had high expectations. I’ve attached a video to show exactly whatit looked like at first and what the glitch looks like now. If anyone has suggestions for a reliable monitor, I’d really appreciate the recommendations.

I bought this monitor because it was a great deal. 300hrz monitor, 1440p for under 300 bucks! It worked great for about a month until one day it just started flickering and randomly the screen would go black. It happened intermittently...no rhyme or reason to it. Usually when first starting up the monitor and then when doing heavy gaming. I reported the issue to the seller and they gave me the standard things to try with a malfunctioning device like this...use different cables, different connections, try a different computer with it, etc...problem persisted with the monitor each time. Seller then requested I send them a video of the issue. The email they provided me to send the video was invalid and the email was rejected. Amazon ended up sending me a replacement monitor for free despite being outside the standard return window which was nice but I am still pretty irritated that they asked for a video and provided me with an invalid email address to send it to.

Decent monitor, but the pictures are lying. It is not capable of running in 1920x1080. Any time I try and change it to that setting, the monitor simply turns off. This also keeps me from playing a few games that I tend to enjoy. Otherwise it works pretty well, but I can't give them a good review purely based on the fact that they falsely advertise the ability to utilize 1920x1080 and the fact that it keeps me from playing specific games as a result.

Advertises a 32 inch 120hz 1440p monitor for a decent price. Has a dead pixel straight out of the box.. considering the price figured not really a huge deal. But to run 1440p like advertised it limits the monitors Hz to 100. So if you plan on using this monitor for a ps5 or Xbox series x do not buy this monitor. You will only be able to use 1440p at 60hz.

Great Monitor for mi Mac mini and mi MacBook Pro!!!! I wrote this when it arrived, 3 weeks later a blue vertical lines appeared. The monitor took no blows or anything, it just failed. Fortunately I was able to return it and get a refund. Will never buy a KTC product or any other unknown chinese brand

Worked fine for about 4 months, now the screen starts going black sporadically. It's not on a regular interval nor seems to be a computer or cable issue. The monitor just goes black, then the image comes back after a couple seconds. When it worked, the image was reasonably clear and colors are decent. Not recommended due to the black-outs. Update: company contacted me about the black-out issues and required video documentation for diagnosis and service. We sent that but now they need more info. Feels like we're getting the workaround while the monitor black-outs continue. Issue is not resolved and customer service is not helpful.

DO NOT BUY THIS MONITOR. BUYER BEWARE. After just 8 months of light usage, this KTC M27P6 monitor completely failed. It blinks constantly and now has a permanent, bright line running down the middle of the screen, rendering it completely useless. Hardware fails—it happens—but what comes next is an absolute nightmare. KTC advertises a multi-year warranty on this product, but IT IS A COMPLETE SCAM. I have emailed their support repeatedly, and they completely IGNORE customer messages. They refuse to answer, refuse to acknowledge the failure, and refuse to honor their own advertised warranty. Even worse, Amazon is completely complicit in this. When you contact Amazon Customer Support because a third-party seller is ignoring a legitimate warranty claim, Amazon completely turns its back on you. They hide behind their standard 30-day window and refuse to offer any help or escalation. To make matters worse, Amazon’s system literally directs you to a non-existent KTC support page that leads straight to a 404 ERROR. So here is the reality of buying this display: The monitor panel degrades and fails within months of normal use. The seller will ignore your emails and trash their own warranty obligations. Amazon will ignore your support requests, send you to dead links (404 pages), and leave you stranded with a $400+ paperweight. Save your hard-earned money and buy from a reputable brand that actually backs up their products and respects their customers. Extremely disappointing and unacceptable!

worked Fantastic for a while, picture was great. out of the blue HDMI ports crapped out. DPI still works but no more HDMI

Huge upgrade from a 27" monitor. Colors are very vibrant after some tweaking. Screen is extremely crisp. You can't tell this isn't oled if I hadn't told you

Excelente monitor, con la configuración adecuada de colores estoy bastante agusto con esta compra, a pesar de que los 300 hz o 320 hz no sean necesarios, con poder colocar los 240 hz y disfrutar de la calidad de 1440p basta y sobra

Seemed half decent, especially for the price. Set it at 2k, but then hooked up a different computer I had to quickly look at and the text was illegible until i changed the resolution to something else. But the big deal was, on the day we actually went to use this and opened up a full screen in word, a big area of dead pixels became apparent.. it's about 1mm x 1mm in size, so quite a few pixels all in one spot next to each other making what looks like a hole in the screen. This points to some real manufacturing issues. I haven't had pixel issue with a monitor in 20 years. Need a replacement now, but won't take a chance on this a second time.
