The media could not be loaded. Top of trolley is not strong enough to withstand inverter.

Parts do not fit without struggle.
Alignment is a serious problem. Parts do not fit with ease.There are no assembly instructions. No indications about component items. I had to struggle to assemble.Poor engineering overall.

Poor return/refund policies
Your return and refund policies are extremely bad, since I have experienced the same. I have been delivered a defective /broken Luminous plastic battery trolley and the return pickup has already been done from 28th July and today is 10th August. 13 days is not sufficient to process the refund amount? Even it has not been updated so far. Very poor service.
