Ultra-Comfort Cut Resistant Sleeves for Thin Skin and Bruising, Cooling Protective Arm Sleeves for Gardening, Farming, Yard

Back in the Spring, I scratched up my arms while trimming the bushes and holly trees on my property. It was ugly, it was itchy, there were a few scabs.I bought these for the mid-summer trimming and they performed very well. They kept my arms protected and I had nary a scratch or irritation.Not sure about the cooling properties, but they were not uncomfortable on a reasonably hot summer day.

These sleeves did offer my arms a lot of scratch protection and they felt 'cooling' while providing sun protection. They will slip down if not fastened carefully and the elastic at the hand and thumb hole could be a little less strong.

I bought these protective sleeves for picking black raspberries with and when I'm bundling sticks and other lawn and garden tasks. I've been harvesting a ton of black raspberries, and I can report that these sleeves are great at resisting thorns. A couple of threads snagged enough to pull out and hang loose, but the sleeves are working out so well that I wish I had had these for the past 20 years! It would have saved me a lot of scrapes, scars, and bruises.I have fat arms, so I like that these sleeves have Velcro at the top instead of elastic, so I can adjust them to a comfortable fit. Sometimes, the Velcro rubs against my skin, which is irritating, but it's better than constrictive elastic cuffs. Otherwise, they are very comfortable, light-weight, and breathable.I haven't tried to clean them yet. I have to review the page for care instructions. I assume they are hand wash only.

Fits well, good construction. Sturdy and very cut resistant. Worth the money.

I bought this for mowing my 5 acre property because I was always getting scratches from branches. But I also use it for other work. Most recently. putting in a patio with 2'x2'x2" concrete pavers. It's been very effective protection for me. I've had no more more scratches or nasty looking under skin bleeding areas on the parts this covers. It goes up about mid biceps. It has a Velcro tie on top although, for me, it stays put without bothering about that. I find it's not bad to wear, not particularly uncomfortable, not hot to wear although mine is black, but I do notice it. I personally recommend it to people with thin skin who do the types of things that cause scratched arms.

I like these OK for their protection but even though I bought the largest size they had, they are still uncomfortably tight and I had to cut open the thumb hole to get them to fit at all. Also, the Velcro strap at the top can dig into your arm (undoubtedly made worse by the poor fit).

I got these purely for use when I insulate. There has to some thickness so the fibers don’t get in but be able to breath as not to over heat. These are a twofer. You get both, breathable, good fit especially with the Velcro fitting up top. But most importantly insulation does not go through the material. Works well in attic heat
