N-GEN GAMING Gaming Chair with Footrest, Lumbar, High-Back, All Black

I never write reviews, but this has to be shared with the people. First of all, I want to kiss whoever made the packaging/instructions on the forehead. It was beautifully labeled and easy to put together. Now for the chair. I have chronic back issues despite being in my 20’s. My sciatic nerve issues and posture of a shrimp combined with hours of gaming have left me hobbled. However, I sat in this chair for 30+ minutes in pure bliss and relief. With the footrest out, reclined back, pillows gently cradling my back and neck—I almost got goosebumps from how comfortable I was. I bought this for my boyfriend, but I think I would rather tell him I didn’t get him a birthday gift than to let him, or anyone, take this chair from me. For such an affordable price, this chair could not have exceeded my expectations more.

I’m really happy with this gaming chair. It’s comfortable to sit in even for long periods, and the cushioning provides good support. The faux leather feels durable and has a nice quality look and feel. It was easy to assemble, feels sturdy, and offers great value for the price. Definitely a great purchase!

Looks good and relatively comfortable. The bottom is a little rigid for me and I ended up getting a cushion for it and not its very comfy. The head and back supports need a little adjustment for best placement but doable. Notice that they are held in place with straps which are visible and so cosmetically little inferior compared to the high-end/expensive chairs that have internal attachment and adjustment mechanisms. The assembly was relatively easy but I needed to both look at the video and the manual that came with it to get it done right. The foot rest is a nice bonus but don't think I'll be using it much. I recommend it.

The chair is comfortable and was easy enough to assemble, but there was no manual included and the lower bolt on the left armrest just won't go in all the way but it seems sturdy enough. The neck rest, foot rest and lumbar support are great. Build quality is impeccable, everything feels sturdy and very well made for such an affordable chair.

If you have been through a ton of Gaming Chairs that fall apart or just are not that comfortable, here is your Gem. This chair is well built and sturdy. It has the most comfortable padding that I have ever sat in. The Multiple positions that you can lower the back to are awesome! I game and watch movies from the chair and I can go for several hours in it and not get any pain in my back or legs. The leg rest is a luxury that I have never had before! I will never go without a leg rest from this point on. Get this chair and never look back!

It arrived SUPER FAST! THANK YOU SO MUCH! IT'S PERFECT. MY SON LOVES IT. HE WAS ABLE TO PUT IT TOGETHER IN LESS THAN 30 MINS. IT'S SO COMFORTABLE. WE PURCHASED THE CARBON BLACK AND IT LOOKS SHARP! FEELS STURDY AND THE BACK SUPPORT IS GREAT. I LIKE THAT YOU CAN ADJUST IT AT WHATEVER RECLINED POSITION YOU WANT. THANKS AGAIN!

The chair comes with everything needed to put it together, assembly is easy and straight forward (instructions are included and easy to follow). It's comfortable and adjustable, with a locking lever for the reclining backrest. Customer support was great to deal with also, as mine came with a cosmetic issue. The hefty metal plate that connects the chair back & chair bottom together managed (probably during shipping/handling) to rest onto of one of the armrests, leaving a long deep crease in the arm padding. I contacted Customer support, sent pmphotos that they asked for, and they immediately sent out two new (both L &R) armrests. I do like that the armrests are fixed and bolted to the chair frame, making them comfortable to use and sturdy. I don't like the adjustable armrests that move up & down and rotate outward & inward, they tend to get loose and just move around quite easily while gaming and this chair was a much better option for me. Enjoying it so far, would recommend.
