I have tried many many minimizer bras only to send them back because they just didn't work for me. They always left me with a uni boob or they just were uncomfortable with the wires. And the ones that didn't have wires would roll. I don't think this would work for a chest that's bigger than 42 double d it really takes you down a lot if it's snug across your chest and is attractive. Taking it off is a learning process but you can get it off I pulled it up and put one arm through the hole going down words and I got it off.
