Love this little knife
Great opening mechanism, very smooth. Locks up security. Easy to add blades, and the blades it comes with are very sharp. Light and handy, easy to carry. Most of all, the jade color is beautiful and I'm very pleased with this product. It's a steal at the price I paid.

Ultra-Slim EDC scalpel Pocket Knife with Back Clip.
It's great. It's been with me to Tennessee, Alabama, Georgia, Florida, North and South Carolina. I took it along on a cross country trip to the mountains of Colorado in search of elk. It performed flawlessly. It's in my pocket at work. It's in my pocket around the farm. It's in my pocket at my during bible study. She sleeps next to me every night. On my bedside table of course. The knife fits my hands perfectly. Easy to handle. The blade opens and closes easily. The same with the blade exchanges; no problems. Cuts like a hot knife through butter on everything. I've no issues with durability even though it's very economical. Final Verdict:This is a high-performance "utilitarian workhorse" that offers a ton of value in an affordable package. I’m already planning to buy several more to have as backups and to give as gifts to friends and family.

Superb quality for such a low price.
Very nice quality for the price. It flips open lightning fast with the ball bearing. The scales look great and have a nice positive feel to the knurls. I have the Jade one and it looks great. Easy to carry, small, inconspicuous and ridiculously sharp. Recommended. 5 stars.

Elegant compactness, good value IMO, not the best for pocket carry, does not take Havalon 60A blades
I like the beautiful light weight and compactness and ease of opening. I have mixed feelings about the flipper tab - a tang extension that doubles as a safety guard when the knife is open. A mild press on the tab will flip the blade open (and locked) in the blink of an eye. I am concerned that this easy open feature may be a safety issue for pocket carry. OTOH it is no worries for a knife that lives in a desk or kitchen drawer. Finally, Olitans G046 does not accept Havalon 60A blades. All that said, the knife is still a good value for me. I'm glacd I bought it.

This is the one
If you are looking for a folding scalpel, I strongly believe this is it. I have bought five different types of folding scalpels so far, and I ended up buying three copies of this one. Many are either heavy or flimsy or don't have good lockup. This one is perfect, it's built right, it's lightweight, it's got great texturing. I'm giving away the lesser models that I didn't enjoy much to friends and acquaintances. This one I'm keeping. I bought three because I tend to have the notion that as soon as you find something made really well, they stop making it. If I'm not too careless, three should be a lifetime supply. This is the right folding scalpel, IMO.

More than I expected. MUCH MORE!
Honestly, I wasn't expecting much for 20 bucks. A simple small knife with disposable blades. Well, it is that. Also, Extremely well-built. Feels like my much more expensive knife that I thought I lost but just forgot on another machine at work. So I got home and ordered a cheap "throw away" knife. This is my new EDC. Not my work knife, not my fishing knife. My daily knife. Throw a pack of blades in my bag next to my wallet, and I'm set. Very satisfying flick to open. Blade is very secure. I mean. It ain't going nowhere. Which brings me to the only drawback. I found I need a scissor clamp to safely change the blade. But I carry one on my bag anyhow. 10/10 will buy a few more for my Brother and a friend. This replaced a couple very expensive knives and that's ok. Happy to tell people, "It was only 20 bucks". But I want that back when you're done!" TLDR:: Great knife, Need a forceps or plier to safely change blade.

So far? - I’m really happy with this.
I bought this for pocket carry. The body’s not quite as thin as I expected, but it’s certainly not bulky either. The “flick-open” requires enough pressure that accidental opening doesn’t seem to be a concern. Only time will tell if that loosens up after using it for awhile. The blade mechanism is held firmly by the frame - and the blades’ post seems to hold that securely too. No side-to-side sloppiness or wiggle. The “lock-open” seems strong and a must, as these blade are way too sharp to NOT have it. There’s no spring assisted close - which is also a safety “must have”, in my opinion. You sure don’t want this blade snapping closed on you… This is my first pocket knife with this type of replaceable blade. I’ll admit, I had concerns that the blade would pop off if I needed to push this into something, point first. Well.. it didn’t. I pushed the blade into and through a thick piece of cardboard, no problem. I even gave it a bit of a wiggle while pushing it through a 2nd time. Still no problem… I’ve never used a “real” scalpel, so I can’t compare this to “them” for sharpness. But these?, they’re amazingly sharp - so test them out and get a feel for them before using them in your “every-day”.
