When I reached out to customer service, they immediately corrected the problem in a timely fashion. The unit performs as expected, and I have no complaints about the quality. I would highly recommend using this supplier.

I use this warmer several times a week and I love it. The light did finally burn out after 2 years but it still works the same. When this stops working I will get the 3 tired one.

Great stand for the price. Does exactly what I need it to do and make repairs so so much simpler. Easy adjusting height and swivel and not too bulky to move around. The arm bar that attaches to the handlebar is a great feature and adjustable as well (wish it was a bit shorter). Have friends that had similar but they paid much more. I put my 29er Diamondback Pro on it and it hold great with no wobble. Very sturdy.
