It's nice and sharp and does exactly what it is meant to do. The knife looks like higher quality than the price. It is well balanced and seems like it is very durable. I've been using it a lot and with proper care this should last an incredibly long time.

I have bought a bunch of knives in past month or two . I wanted to check out different brands. They always have a nice edge, and decent steel, and nice finish on them. I think I bought 6 knives from them. I bought more expensive brands, less expensive brands. I knocked a henckels classic knife yesterday in review. Good knife but had the worst factory edge I have ever seen. But cutluxe knives are a mid range priced knife sharpen fairly easy, nice handles , feel good in your hand, look nice. But I found a new brand of really cheap knives, I bought 14 of them Acero winco German steel and third of the price. Best deal I have found on decent knives.

Game changer!!! I have never had a real filet knife in my kitchen. Accordingly, i found it overly tedious and inefficient to remove gish skin from filets, even with quality Henckels boning knives etc. This filet knife made the job a breeze and produced zero waste. Best $20 spent in recent memory. I only wish I bought it sooner. Heavy and seemingly fantastic quality too.

Knives have good feel in your hand. Seem very sharp. Have a little trouble getting it to hold an edge but fairly easy to get it back. Gonna change my review. Butchered this weekend and the handle is hard to hold onto when your cutting one that has more fat

Got this for processing deer during hunting season. SUPER sharp and holds an edge very well to make the job go quick and smooth. Sharpens well also. Blade is sturdy enough to be precise when taking off silver skin and flexible enough to get up against the bone for minimal waste. Definitely worth every penny.

So far, so good. Razor sharp out of the box. It cut off though frozen chicken breast with no effort. I don’t know how well it will hold it’s sharpness, but my initial impression is good.

I bought this knife specifically to debone a pork butt. It worked great, slid around that bone like going through butter. Best knife buy!

Great knife at a great price. Comes in an excellent package that can be used for storage of the knife. Super sharp. It is now my go to knife for most meat , chicken and fish butchery. The only negative is it could be a bit heavier, it feels veery light when being used.

The handle is excellent fits perfectly my one complaint is it is advertised as ultra sharp well it wasn't and I had to sharpen it and strop it myself But it is a lovely knife to work with worth the purchase
