Awesome way to learn the cube
As a kid I always wanted to learn how to solve the cube. I found this product one day and off I went. I was solving the cube in no time. I'm at 2 and half minutes right now and slowly getting the time down. The cube that comes with the kit is a really nice. The DVD is extremely helpful and funny at times. Don't try to read through the booklet without watching the DVD because you will get stuck.The hardest part is memorizing the last few moves, but if you put your mind to it you will succeed!

Great product
Simple, fast and easy. The training stickers make the cube far less intimidating. Just hang on through the first part and then its a breeze from there. I can solve the cube in under 2 mins pretty much every time now.p.sIf a piece of your cube falls off you must snap it back in place in the EXACT orientation it was originally or the cube can become unsolvable and very frustrating ( I found out the hard way).

Excellent Training Video/Great Gift Idea
I bought this for my 10 year old son for Xmas this year. He watched the video and within a couple hours was able to solve the cube by himself. (Of course, I couldn't help him anyways. I can only do 1 side.) So, I would highly recommend this to anyone who is interested in solving the Rubik's cube and/or wants to impress their friends. Great gift idea for kids, too, and excellent way to get them off video games for a few hours and actually figure something out using their hands and brain.

An excellent introduction to the Cube!
A very efficient way to learn the Cube. The stickers are an ingenious way to minimize distractions and keep you focused on the solution at hand. The book is well written, and has, by far, the best graphics for displaying Cube face rotations. The company will even respond to emails if you have questions about the solutions.A couple of comments -They use a variation of the standard Singmaster notation by labeling faces "Top" and "Bottom" instead of "Up" and "Down". I didn't take any stars away since I'm sure a majority of users are happy with it, but I engage in discussions with several other Cube fans and would need to translate between the two sets of notation. I eventually crossed out the Ts and Bs in the book and penciled in Us and Ds instead.I believe the Cube that comes in the package is one of the Dayan models and is of good quality. Mine came out of the package squishy loose and shortly thereafter a couple of edge pieces popped off. On the advice of a friend, I used a small, flat bladed screwdriver to carefully pop off the cover of each center piece (one at a time to avoid mixing up the colors) and tightened up the tension screw located just underneath. I now have it tensioned the way I like it and the Cube has worked perfectly ever since.Overall, an excellent value for the money. I highly recommend it. Happy Cubeing!

I purchased a class set of Rubik's Cubes (with the help of Donorschoose) and this trainer kit, which worked great. I was able to use the training stickers and have students watch the video, step by step, and learn all the strategies for completing the cube. Book worked great as well with the color illustrations. It was a super introduction to both our Geometry and Algebra Unit.

The best, most modern, and easiest solution for the Rubik's Cube
Buy the other solution guides at your peril...they tend to be outdated and cumbersome to master. This guide, DVD, and cube with stickers represents a great value, and helps you in a step by step method that will not frustrate you. Highly recommended.
