I love these ear buds but I'm also pissed. The first one I bought lasted for almost 2 years. These lasted 5 months and I haven't used them as often as I used the last one. So pissed off right now because there is no excuse of why these died. The computers voice changed and then they shut off. They will charge but they will turn on. Why? Can someone please tell me why?

The sound and battery life is great.

I returned the item when one of the earbuds stopped working after only a couple months of use. Seems these are super cheaply made.
