Very satisfying product

Must have accessory for my GH7. This makes my life so much easier because of the 32-bit float function. I also like how the shotgun mic holder is attached to the adapter and that it can be removed. I have the original DMW-XLR1 adapter, which is fantastic, but this is worth it to buy if you're on a GH7 or one of the S1 series cameras that supports 32-bit float audio. I had a Sony system with their XLR handle and I can say that this is way better.

Unusable garbage. I bought this to replace my xlr1 and use 32bit audio but it slides around on the hotshoe and there are audible clicks and signal cuts in/out if you touch it at all.

The Panasonic GH7 Kit (with 12-60 mm f2.8-f4 lens) is a great photograpic and video powerhouse. Have shot over 3,000 photos and hundreds of videos since purchase. Love the Pro-res RAW videos, and internal recording. The image stabilization for video is very good, almost like having a image stabilized mount.
