Silhouette AmericaCAMEO® 5 - Matte Pink

Muy cómoda y me ha servido para lo que necesito.

Silhouette cameo 5 has exceeded my expectations. Iv gone through numerous silhouette machines through the last 10 years and this one is the best ( plus its PINK!). I was very apprehensive with the autoblade as i havent had much luck in the past with the 4, but this one is perfect! My only complaint is the print and cut is not the best 90% of the time

My husband ordered this for me on May 1, 2024. I received it as a gift for mother's day and registered it with Silhouette. After MANY issues getting it started (because they were apparently making some kind of changes that were causing issues), I got it up and running. I got in 4 successful project cuts.I was doing a 5th cut today. All of the sudden, my project went sideways. I hit the PAUSE and a piece of plastic shot out of the machine like a rocket!I looked and the guide wheel was stuck in the corner standing up.I contacted Silhouette, since it has been less than a year. They said they won't cover it. I have to contact Amazon. Amazon said THEY won't cover it. I have to contact Silhouette. I have tried reaching out to the third party seller, MIMI LLC, since they sold it to us. There is no way to contact them through Amazon. The bot just sends me in circles. At this point, I just have a $300 hunk of plastic sitting around my house that no one is willing to service or repair. Silhouette didn't even offer to fix it, and they DON'T have a phone number you can call, which is just really scammy.Don't waste your time or money on ANY product by Silhouette. It's garbage!
