Perfect starter kit with everything you need to get going. Everything was well packaged in a nice little box and the components are all high quality. It comes with an installation guide but this wasn't needed for me as everything was so simple to setup, I had it up and running in under 10 minutes. Bought this mainly to use for retro emulation and it works flawlessly, the cooler works well and runs near silently. Looking forward to trying out some of the other things it can do like home automation or pi-hole!

Alles is overzichtelijk ingepakt en voorzien van duidelijke instructies, waardoor het in elkaar zetten eenvoudig en probleemloos verloopt. De installatie van het Linux-besturingssysteem is zeer eenvoudig. Met de duidelijke stappen is het besturingssysteem snel geïnstalleerd en direct klaar voor gebruik, zonder ingewikkelde configuratie. Al met al ben ik zeer tevreden over dit product. Het is gebruiksvriendelijk, van goede kwaliteit en doet precies wat het belooft. Ik kan de iRasptek Raspberry Pi 5 dan ook zeker aanbevelen.

I am very satisfied with this purchase. The package, case, and accessories are all well designed, and the quality is great. Very easy to set up. But what impressed me the most was their customer service. At first, my order was defective — the Pi couldn’t boot properly and the fan kept running constantly. I immediately contacted customer service for help. They responded very quickly and guided me through troubleshooting. When it was concluded that the hardware might be defective, they requested that I return it for a refund. They even offered an indemnity for the inconvenience. So I returned the product and placed the order again. This time everything worked perfectly: the thing boots properly and runs smoothly. The case and fan work as expected. I believe they are a very good business. Totally recommend without hesitation!
