Review: Love the material, very easy to clean. - I am very happy with these cutting boards and here's why: I was trying to find a non-plastic cutting board and originally bought a glass board. It was soooo loud, I couldn't deal with it and I really didn't want to deal with a wood board...which brings me to trying this type of board. I love the two different sizes, the smaller one is great to just quick grab and cut something small. It stays put! The little stoppers hold it in place very well on quartz countertops. The material is easily cleaned or you can throw it in the dishwasher. It does get cut marks in it but knowing it isn't plastic I don't mind, it also won't dull your knives. They are sturdy and the color is a nice light tan which goes with any decor.

I am very happy with these cutting boards and here's why: I was trying to find a non-plastic cutting board and originally bought a glass board. These are wonderful cutting boards. Not only are they environmentally friendly, they are strong and easy on my knives. I appreciate the fact they are made from wheat straw fiber, which is BPA free, and so I haven’t any worry about using them daily. They’re dishwasher safe as well, so you can use them to cut raw meats of all kinds, and pop them into your dishwasher for a deep clean! I would highly recommend these if you want to an alternative to wood or plastic cutting boards.
