I was looking for ankle weights and came across this Bala dupe. The look the same and they are a great value for the product. I’ve had no issues with the ankle weights staying on during my 3 mile trail walk. I would recommend wearing long socks underneath as they can dig into the skin if not. You have the option to move the individual weights around on the Velcro to adjust to your liking as well as remove weights if you need less. Highly recommend if you are looking to add some additional resistance to your walks!

These are fine. Good value for the cost. The weights spread, leaving it harder to use the velcro and can be loose. I wear them to walk every day and so far so good!

I'm 5' 117lbs w/ small wrists and ankles. These are the first ankle/wrist weights that fit properly. No slipping, low bulk and easy on and off. Very pleased.

Easy to put on it’s either to much slack around the ankle cause it’s not as tight as I would like it

These are cheap weights. Which is fine but the elastic strap and velcro are already weak and stretching apart. They are fine for home use but I wouldn't wear these on a run just so they don't break and stretch to much.

These are sturdy weights, the straps and fasteners are all constructed well. The weights stay in place with jostling motions like jogging or jumping jacks. They have definitely increased the "payoff" of our workouts.
