So grateful I found this
As someone who deals with seasonal depression, I can tell you if this was a massive change for me personally. The winter in New York was very long and very intense and I really believe because of this supplement. I was able to get out of bed every day and be extremely productive compared to previous winters. This product actually has 88.5 mg of Saffron- though on this website it's not clearly stated anywhere that I could see. It is printed on the back of the label.

Essentially Prozac but better
I love this stuff! Honestly used it to wean off of Prozac and wound up liking it better. It takes 3-4 weeks to see results so stick with it for a while. I'm up to taking 4 capsules a day, no side effects (if taken with a meal). The more I take, the better I feel but again it takes another 3 weeks of increasing the dose for better results. I was so depressed that I was sleeping until noon and taking 3 hour naps daily. Now I naturally wake up around 8-9 and don't need a nap.

Opposite reaction
Caused me anxiety, but I do react weirdly to supplements sometimes, so it could just be me. That said I don’t have anxiety or depression to begin with, I was just hoping it would lift my mood a little more.
