These are delicious. We cooked them slightly under one minute. Add a few dark chocolate chips or a little dab of peanut butter in the center before cooking. Great for ice cream high protein treat for kids and adults . Great with vanilla ice cream and sliced bananas

I’m addicted to these. They are so good. It’s the perfect sweet treat fix at the end of the night but with some protein!

Well, microwave brownie should be renamed Microwave Chocolate Muffin, or simply Chocolate Mug Cake. This is stunningly easy and delicious though for a 60 seconds zap (made mine with the milk suggestion, not water). No funny oil or other off flavors that some brownes have, but this is a hot steamed protein cake. I had mine with a fork and a cup of coffee, for a high protein breakfast. You get a good portion in the 12pack. hot steamy cake bites. Will enjoy and likely repurchase, but if you want a good brownie by the batch, head to Bob's Red Mill mix with melted butter.

If you live/work a busy life these are a must have and taste great and quick and easy to heat up in the microwave. Easy and fast breakfast or snack!

I’m dangerously obsessed with this. I can’t advise on the health factor or if it’s truly the better alternative to normal sweets but everything in moderation! The box has been delivered a couple times already cracked open but hasn’t caused any loss of product. I find it so yummy and helpful with my chocolate craving. The added protein is a plus! Quality of taste does not get ruined by the protein. I even like changing up the water and not mixing it prior to cooking to have a different texture.

I normally love these but recently it’s been tasting like plastic and they aren’t cooking up like they used to. I’m wondering if they changed the recipe?
