Just the right flavor and was super delicious in all the meals I made. It takes a regular boring dish and upgrades it with a kick of spice.

good balance of sweetness, spice level and savory depth without being overly sweet. Loved for dipping for cucumber and bibimbap sauce.

This Gochujang sauce arrive well package and sealed. The first thing we noticed when opening it was the smell - it had a very nice vinegar and spice smell that reminded us of the best BBQ we have had. The taste was exactly what Gochujang should be only was especially fresh tasting to us. The spice level was medium and was a perfect combination for pork or chicken stir fry. It might be too strong for fish depending on the type. Overall this is an excellent tasting Gochujang sauce and we would buy it again.

This is a very tasty sauce that is great for many things but I find that basic dipping is the one for me so far. I had this sauce as it accompanied a tofu and rice dish that I prepared and I had this sauce on the side as a dipping sauce for the pieces of tofu in my dish. It really kicked up the flavor of the dish. I found it so good that I mixed some in with the rice as well. I was thinking that this may have a little more spice then it actually does but either way the flavor is really good.

I cook with gochujang pretty frequently, and found this Potluck Gochujang Sauce to have an excellent flavor and consistency! So far I’ve used it in a sweet and spicy crispy Korean tofu dish from one of my favorite cookbooks, and it turned out really well! Tasting some on its own, it has a great balance of spicy and savory, and bold flavor. I love it!

The flavor is absolutely incredible - it's spicy, savory, and has a unique fermented taste that's so addictive.It tastes authentic. I've been using it to marinate meats for Korean BBQ, or adding a spicy kick to stir-fries. I love that it's sugar-free, so I can enjoy it without feeling guilty.
