Mixes nice and thin without much water. Tastes okay, not great but not offensive either. Good way to get extra calories in if you struggle with poor appetite.

Bad for heart, great for bulking. 30g sugar per 150g powder. Heart rate has gone from 60-68+ in a few months using. Although, weight has gone from 68-77kg in 6months and still have visible abs.

I purchased this product as my regular protein powder was unavailable and believe me when I say I had never been so excited to see the bottom of the bucket. I will never purchase this protein powder again. It had a chalky consistency and the taste was something else. I hated it with a passion and what I hated more was the fact that I had paid over £40 so throwing it away just wasn't in the question. Please make sure to look elsewhere before even considering this brand of protein powder. DO NOT BUY!!!!!!

RECEIVED MY PACKAGE ON SATURDAY. THE AMAZON BOX WAS BADLY DAMAGED, CONTENTS OF THE BOX WAS EVEN WORSE. WEIGHT GAIN POWDER WAS NOT SEALED PROPERLY IN THE TUB AND HAD OPENED AND POWDER HAD OPENED EVERYWHERE . I SIGNED AND DATED THE PROOF OF DELIVERY SAYING DAMAGED BOX AND POWDER LEAKING EVERYWHERE. VERY DISAPPOINTED BY THE STATE OF THIS AT SUCH A EXPENSIVE PRICE. HAVE ASKED FOR A FULL REFUND OR ITEM REPLACE AS BOX CANNOT BE RETURNED AS CONTAINER IS TOO DAMAGED AND AMAZON DAMAGED .....WILL KEEP YOU POSTED ON THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE BEST REGARDS

Great Flavour Mass Gainer
This is my absolute favourite Mass Attack Heavyweight flavour. The product mixes in 300ml of water - so you can mix it in a normal shaker. It goes into solution perfectly (I add the water first) and shakes to make a reallytasty shake. No gum or thickeners. It is a big serving - how else do you get 1300 calories in a serving - but it is not a big thing to get this down. I often take a smaller serving when I am looking for a normal gainer during the day. This product is second to none.
