Practical Color Combinations: A Resource Book with Over 2500 Sample Color Schemes

I’m sure some people will find this book very useful but it wasn’t for me. It was nicely done inside, good quality paper and ideas but just not my cup of tea.

I use this for inspiration for colour schemes for my colouring books.

This book is great if you are stuck on ideas for colour schemes.The samples within the book are very inspiring.I am very happy with this purchase.

Best book I could have purchased for color palettes! Not only does it do exactly what I wanted (provide me with color schemes galore), it does so in a very user-friendly manner that provides me with so much inspiration for the project at hand. My coloring pages have never looked so good and the improvement is 100% due to this gorgeous little book. It is the definitive encyclopedia of color palettes and I feel so incredibly lucky to have this little gem on my coloring desk.

Great book to use as a colour reference and get colour palette suggestions

This book is great! I'm so glad I found it. I use it for picking colors for my adult coloring books. It's really thick, has a lot of combos, and is really well put together. Each pallete consists of 9 different colors, with color names , and even descriptions of the colors, then from those 9 colors, five different combos are illustrated in 5 different ways. In 2,3, 4, and 5-color combos. It's genius! So presumably, all 9 colors "go together " and you pick which/how many to use together. So you feel like you're one the one doing the picking, but the choices are really narrowed down for you. I tend to get a little mind-boggled by all the choices sometimes.😵‍💫 Great job with this book!
