Best block
My Pilates instructor highly recommended this to align my knees and it works perfectly. Because of the contours it doesn’t slip and is very comfortable. I, also, use it as a headrest when I lay on my side for exercises.

Exactly what I needed
As an instructor I have some clients, myself included, that need something to keep the knees or ankles separated for certain exercises. This is so much better than rolling up a towel or squeezing a ball or block. The first time I pulled it out for one gal she loved it and immediately noticed the difference. I wish I would have gotten it sooner.
