A diving accident at the age of 16 caused a rotator cuff injury that is destroying my love of outdoor activities at the age of 50. It might cause a little upset stomach and turn your urine a different shade of yellow. Turns excrement an orange color also. But I think it helps in your ability to move better so it is worth it!
