TUDCA by Brawn Nutrition - 60 Caps

This stuff is incredible. I have a PEMT mutation which causes non-alcoholic fatty liver if I don't take extra phosphatidylcholine from supplements, many CYP enzyme mutations (the liver uses these enzymes to detox various things, including medications and hormone metabolites), plus several B vitamin mutations that make me prone to nerve damage which further impairs my ability for my liver to function and detoxify itself properly. Before I knew about those mutations, my entire biliary system nearly shut down. Since I didn't have any physical blockages like gallstones, doctors didn't know what to do with me.I did some research and started taking this twice a day, and within a week I went from being weak and shivery with zero appetite and my GI tract barely working at all, to almost normal. After researching and finding out my mutations and supplementing for those as well, I was totally back to normal. I could not have done it without this.Since then, I have ordered another bottle because my first sign that things are about to turn south with my biliary system is I get indigestion and decreased appetite. That happened even with all my other supplementation, so clearly I have more liver detox issues I haven't found the cause of. Taking a single cap of this TUDCA for two days returned me completely to normal. I intend to finish this bottle at a single pill per day. If I find that I need to reorder again because my symptoms come back, then it will just have to be a daily thing for me. It's expensive but it's one of the most effective things I have EVER taken for my overall health. I haven't tried other brands so I can't comment on them, but this one works great.TUDCA seriously played a huge role in saving my life. If you're taking a lot of supplements or medications, or get frequent abdominal pain across the upper quadrants (mine was not just in my liver, but also gallbladder and sometimes pancreas!), or else abuse your liver, try this.

TUDCA is a great liver detoxifier, meaning that it loosens up and purges old toxic bile that is trapped inside the liver. With that being said, this brand of TUDCA seems to be ineffective. Other brands that I have purchased have a strong acidic odor coming from the bottle, but these pills have absolutely no smell at all. They also list "rice flour" as one of the ingredients in the product, so I am guessing they overloaded the mixture with too much rice flour. I also did not notice a very strong detox effect when taking these as I did with other TUDCA supplements which also leads me to believe that this brand is selling an inferior form of TUDCA.I suggest that people try the Nutricost brand of TUDCA instead which is cheaper and does have the strong smell to the capsules. I always notice a strong detox effect when taking the Nutricost brand as well. I also have to add that whenever taking any type of liver detoxing supplements that you must get at least 30 grams of daily fiber in your diet in order to keep from reabsorbing toxic bile back into your liver. Google "bile and fiber" to understand more about how this process works.

Made my liver feel a lot better. I noticed there was a sharp pain and I looked up what comes after this pain without treatment and it wasn't good wouldn't really do a PH without it

Been using this brand on and off when my liver needs help when put under heavy strain. A must buy if you need a liver protectant.
