Is it universal oil or medicated oil? The picture shows both.. so am confused..

This is "medicated" oil with 26% menthol USA veesion; not as effective as "universal" oil with 20% menthol formula by Leung Kai Fook, Singapore.

Does this version contain eucalyptus?

yes it contains eucalyptus oil. This not only provides relief but actually promotes healing. For me it took about 3 days to notice the difference. I used it for muscle and tendon damage and it actually helped extremely well. I swear by this stuff it's amazing!

Is the manufacturer Singapore?
