I use this creatine mainly before workouts and it fits well into my routine It does not have a strong taste and mixes easily in my drink I feel better strength during lifting and my recovery feels more comfortable after training The product feels good for lean muscle and workout support

Works well
I take it 30 minutes before HIIT /boxing. Works well and helps with post-workout recovery. But I did not like the flavour and it has a sweet taste to it. I have previously had bcaa unflavored protein, which I prefer. three stars is for the taste. otherwise works well.
